Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SynVoke's services, website, or enterprise engineering solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Engineering Services
SynVoke provides premium software engineering, enterprise architecture, and technical consultation. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be documented in a separate Official Quote or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all invoices related to a specific project, the intellectual property (IP) rights of the custom-developed software will be transferred to the client, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project's MSA. SynVoke retains rights to all pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks utilized during development.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are generated according to the milestones specified in your project agreement. Standard payment terms are Net 14 days from the date of invoice. Late payments may result in a suspension of services and incur late fees as specified in our billing agreements.
5. Confidentiality
SynVoke agrees to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding your business logic, data, and trade secrets. We are happy to sign standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to discussing any sensitive technical project constraints.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for engineering perfection, SynVoke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services or any content provided.
